About the Role This position is responsible for leading, training, and mentoring the project crew. You will prioritize and delegate responsibilities, communicate with tradespeople on the job site, and track project schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. As the Lead Technical resource, you will report on job status and performance, control job costs, and develop productive relationships with peers, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors. You will direct and oversee the work of other Apprentices and journeymen assigned to specific projects, potentially overseeing third-party resources. A key part of your day involves ensuring the use of PPE and the application of safe behavior by all employees, including vehicle safety, while maintaining compliance with installation policies, project tracking, and safety regulations.
