We are seeking a Foreman to lead mechanical projects across various locations in the U.S. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between engineering plans and on-site execution, ensuring that demolition, installation, and fitting of tower components are performed with precision and safety. You will be responsible for organizing the workflow, managing material logistics to minimize downtime, and coaching both subordinate and subcontract personnel to maintain high standards of safety and performance. This position requires a hands-on leader who can interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints to guide teams through intricate mechanical projects.

5+ years of previous experience as a foreman. Previous experience in a heavy industrial construction environment. 10+ years' experience as journeyman (mechanical). 2-3 years' experience in furnace/reformer tube removal and replacement. 2-3-year experience operating tugger beam tube extractor. Vocational training. Strong knowledge of P&IDs, ISO's, and orthographic drawings. Basic Plus Orientation and Confined Space Training. Successful completion of a Pipe Fitter or Rigger NCCER craft assessment test.
