About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for translating technical requirements into efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes. As a strong technical leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams, executing complex projects from lab to commercial production.

In this position, you will lead the design and scale-up of chemical processes, optimize operations to improve yield and efficiency, and support capital projects while ensuring safety and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to global engineering initiatives, helping to shape the future of our manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements
