About the Role

The Foreclosure Specialist is responsible for managing foreclosure operational workflow processes. This role monitors and completes specific operational activities related to the foreclosure action in strict accordance with statutory compliance, regulatory compliance, and company guidelines.\n You will be expected to establish and maintain a culture of team collaboration, accountability, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction. The position involves managing files to improve timelines and attorney performance while ensuring all eligible delinquent loans are referred to foreclosure according to required milestones.
