AmeriHome Mortgage operates as a subsidiary of Western Alliance Bank, a Member FDIC institution and wholly owned subsidiary of Western Alliance Bancorporation. Serving clients nationwide, Western Alliance Bank encompasses six legacy bank brands—Alliance Association Bank, Alliance Bank of Arizona, Bank of Nevada, Bridge Bank, First Independent Bank, and Torrey Pines Bank—that remain integral to the company's heritage.
As a Servicing Quality Control Auditor, you will serve as a critical checkpoint for AmeriHome's contracted servicing vendor. Your primary mission is to review, test, and analyze data and reports to ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will perform transactional testing across the entire "life-events" of a mortgage loan, including collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, claims, servicing transfers, ARMs, escrows, payment processing, and payoffs.
In this role, you will not only identify discrepancies but also uncover opportunities for process improvement by analyzing audit findings and management reports. You will act as a liaison, alerting appropriate management levels and internal departments to issues discovered during routine reviews and ensuring that all actionable items are resolved fully and timely. This position offers a unique opportunity to bolster your business knowledge by gaining hands-on experience in how successful companies operate and manage their finances.
Candidates are invited to apply directly through the company's career portal. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with the necessary audit and compliance expertise to maintain the integrity of our servicing operations.
Western Alliance Bancorporation is committed to equal employment and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetic information. The company is dedicated to working with and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, please contact HR at HR@westernalliancebank.com or call 602-386-2488.
