Liberty FCU is a full-service credit union dedicated to serving its members with excellence. We are currently seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor to join our team in Evansville, IN. This role is vital for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our mortgage servicing operations after loans have closed.
The successful candidate will possess excellent member service skills and a keen attention to detail. You will be the point of contact for fielding servicing calls from both employees and members, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service. Your day-to-day will involve managing the boarding process for new, renewed, and modified mortgage loans, as well as resolving loan issues to conclusion. You will also collaborate closely with the accounting team on reconciliations and assist with loan sale transactions.
This position is based at 4405 Theater Drive, Evansville, IN. The role requires a 40-hour work week with availability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Overtime may be required during peak periods to meet operational needs.
