About the Role

As a Foodservice Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers remain relevant in the industry and financially healthy as independent retailers. This position is designed to grow sales through close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. You will lead and direct the activities of a Sales Team, reporting to the Director of Customer Experience.

In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with key customers to create and implement best practices. You will support customers' business strategies by developing solutions that enable revenue growth for both the customer and the company. A key part of your day-to-day involves building, developing, and scaling the existing team to generate growth opportunities, ensuring the team stays organized, aligned with company goals, and accountable for delivering happy customers. You will also manage escalated customer opportunities, translate customer needs into strategic sales priorities, and recommend enhancements to leadership to improve processes. The role requires traveling approximately 50% of the time for food shows, meetings, and customer visits.
