About the Role
As the Food Services Manager, you will oversee the entire food service operation across the program, managing chefs and all related personnel. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of meals in a challenging, high-stakes environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of food and water, including ordering, shipment, and inventory control.
In this position, you will work independently with moderate supervision while maintaining close coordination with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure seamless operations. Your day-to-day involves coordinating wait staff, submitting menus for customer approval, and upholding strict ServeSafe standards to meet customer expectations. This role offers the opportunity to manage service employees in a volatile environment, potentially supporting global life support efforts.
Hiring Process
Candidates with an active Top Secret SCI with CI Poly clearance are required to proceed. The selection process focuses on verifying operational experience in government facilities and leadership capabilities within complex environments.
