SBM Management is seeking an Event Coordinator to serve as the single point of contact for users in assigned areas, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence. In this role, you will coordinate and execute conference room and event setups tailored to customer requests, acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and guests.
You will bring a hospitality mindset to every interaction, resolving inquiries and concerns while maintaining smooth operations through strong vendor relationships. Your day-to-day involves verifying event schedules, conducting site inspections to capture the perspectives of employees and guests, and creating diagrams on in-house software to meet specific user needs. By collaborating with program managers, you will identify opportunities to improve performance and assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
