About the Role
As a Food Service Team Member, you will be the heartbeat of our store, working in close support of the management team to facilitate all store-level tasks. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from preparing delicious tacos, chicken, and sides to ensuring our guests feel welcomed and informed. You will operate food production equipment, maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, and provide menu suggestions that highlight our ingredients and preparation methods. Whether you are greeting customers at the door, managing the register, or replenishing supplies, your efforts directly contribute to our mission of leaving our community better than we found it.
