About the Role
This is your moment to shine and lead the way as a Food Service Supervisor. Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and step in where needed. You will direct daily activities, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain a sanitary, hazard-free environment. This role is about igniting your passion and pursuing what matters to you while helping others grow.
In this position, you will train and mentor food service workers, supervise and evaluate employees to promote morale and teamwork, and maintain accurate inventory and equipment logs. You will also manage serving schedules, ensure food is served per menu specifications, and handle occasional night and weekend catering events. As part of our team, you will perform cashier duties as needed and promote good public relations.
