ECLARO is recruiting for a Food Service Director to support a leading provider of healthcare workforce software and solutions in the Chicago, IL area. This role is designed for a professional ready to manage patient meal services within a dynamic medical environment, ensuring high standards of nutrition and operational excellence.
As the Manager of Patient Meal Services, you will oversee the full lifecycle of patient dining, from food production and tray assembly to delivery and galley operations. You will serve as a key member of the senior management team, collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to refine menus and maintain exceptional food quality. Your leadership will directly impact patient satisfaction by ensuring timely nourishment delivery and maintaining rigorous sanitation standards required by regulatory agencies.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, whether addressing patient feedback, managing departmental projects, or developing computerized systems to streamline operations. You will also play a vital role in mentoring dietetic interns, acting as a preceptor and role model to foster the next generation of food service professionals.
