About the Role
As a Food Service Cook, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen operations, living out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client. You will support daily restaurant prep and line operations, ensuring that food quantities, safety standards, and quality metrics are met with precision.
In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to strict food handling protocols, including temperature logs, rotation, and waste management. You will actively respond to guest feedback, communicate issues to supervisors, and ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about menu items and specials. Whether assisting with dishwashing or filling operational gaps, you will be essential to the seamless flow of our service.
