About the Role

Located at The Resort at Kapalua Bay in Maui, this position is part of our Food and Beverage & Culinary team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in your work area. Your day will involve completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, and ensuring all areas are secure. You will also set up and stock work areas, inspecting china, glass, and silver prior to use.

Throughout your shift, you will practice clean-as-you-go procedures and maintain a professional appearance. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, communicating with clear and professional language. This role requires physical stamina, including standing, sitting, or walking for an entire shift, and the ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs as needed to perform your duties.
