About the Role
As a Night Auditor at MVW, you will be the backbone of our overnight operations, assisting in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless transition between days, where you will facilitate check-in and check-out procedures to assist guests with early departures or late arrivals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for texts and telephone inquiries, addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism and promptness. Your presence ensures that our team goals are met and that every guest interaction contributes to our shared vision of meaningful moments.
Hiring Process & Application
To become a Night Auditor at MVW, candidates must be available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. The role requires physical capability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. Candidates must also be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance. Please note that the position may require a background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
