About the Role

As a Night Auditor, you will be the backbone of our overnight operations, assisting in providing our Owners and guests with exceptional experiences and events. This role is designed to ensure that meaningful moments are made together, even during the quiet hours of the night.

In this full-time position, you will facilitate check-in and check-out procedures to assist guests with early departures or late arrivals. You will be the first point of contact for guests, answering texts and telephone inquiries while addressing their requests or concerns with professionalism and promptness. Your day will involve welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and interacting with colleagues to contribute to our shared team goals.

Hiring Process

To become a Night Auditor at MVW, candidates must be available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. The role requires a valid US driver's license that has been active for at least one year. Additionally, applicants must be physically capable of reaching overhead and below the knees, performing bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position may also require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 25 lbs. A background and drug screening may be required contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
