About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories. This role is central to ensuring the property runs smoothly during overnight hours, serving as the primary point of contact for guests with early departures or late arrivals.
A typical day in this role involves a blend of financial precision and guest hospitality. You will check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, record and analyze computerized financial information, and prepare statistical or accounting reports. Simultaneously, you will facilitate check-in/check-out procedures, answer inquiries, and address guest requests or concerns with professionalism. You will also be responsible for controlling and securing cash and maintaining all files and records in accordance with company policies.
The Night Shift
This is a Full Time position on the 3rd shift. To succeed in this role, you must be available to work weekends and holidays. The position may require physical activities such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods, as well as lifting or carrying items up to 25 lbs.
