About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of the store, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and connection. You will direct the work of others, coordinating tasks to maintain store operating policies and standards. Your day will involve preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, while managing cash handling and store safety. You will build relationships with your team and the community, fostering an environment where everyone feels they belong.
