About the Role

As a Food and Beverage & Culinary team member at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, you will help keep the promise of "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." by delivering thoughtful, heartfelt, forward-thinking service that upholds and builds upon this living legacy. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within your assigned station and service areas.

Your day will involve completing final breakdown duties, such as cleaning rooms and returning equipment to its proper location, as well as managing closing procedures like storing reusable goods and locking doors. You will set up and stock work areas, monitor cleanliness throughout the shift, and practice clean-as-you-go procedures. Additionally, you will assist with linen management, including transporting dirty linen, separating napkins from tablecloths, and restocking shelves. You will also support other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests, while adhering to all company safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
