About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. By recognizing the importance of our people, you will strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals being achieved.
In this role, you will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members. You will maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality while overseeing the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Additionally, you will share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
You will report to the Store Manager and work on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. Shifts vary, typically running from 2:00 PM to close.
