About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will execute the company's brand strategy and lead the store crew to ensure high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the daily operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. This role requires actively monitoring inventory and supply levels, as well as ensuring kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness are maintained. You will share responsibility for implementing and following store policies and practices while teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the team.
Work Environment
This position operates on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. Shifts typically run from 2:00 PM to close. You will report directly to the Store Manager and are expected to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as changing store environment conditions.
