About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will serve as a Food Service Supervisor and Management leader. You will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members while maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Additionally, you will share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
You will report directly to the Store Manager. The position requires a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. Shifts typically run from 2:00 PM to close.
