About the Role

This position is dedicated to delivering a seamless dining experience by ensuring guests receive their completed orders promptly and with care. The role serves as the final touchpoint in the guest journey, focusing on verifying satisfaction and proactively addressing any additional needs before the guest departs.

You will be the face of the dining room, responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment. From replenishing essential items like utensils and condiments to managing service ware, your attention to detail ensures the dining space remains pristine throughout the shift.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a dynamic mix of guest interaction and operational support. You will welcome and acknowledge every guest according to company standards, anticipating needs before they are voiced. This requires clear, professional communication with both guests and team members, whether answering phones, reviewing documents, or collaborating to reach common goals.

Safety and compliance are integral to your daily routine. You will be responsible for reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately and adhering to all company policies regarding appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection. The role demands physical stamina, as you will be standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 25 pounds.
