The Utility Steward plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and orderliness within the resort's kitchen and utility areas. This position is essential for supporting the seamless operation of food and beverage services, ensuring that all china, glass, and silver are properly cleaned, stored, and ready for service. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm of heavy-duty cleaning, equipment maintenance, and logistical support across kitchens, banquet halls, and back-of-house areas. Success in this role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a world-class resort.
