About the Role
You will be part of the Food and Beverage & Culinary team at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino in San Juan. As a team player excited to deliver a meaningful guest experience, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the day. Your role involves maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures, inspecting china, glass, and silver, and managing daily closing duties.
You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, communicating with clear and professional language. This position requires active collaboration to support the team in reaching common goals while adhering to all company, safety, and security policies. You will be expected to perform various physical tasks, including moving equipment, restocking items, and navigating the resort's facilities, all while maintaining a professional appearance and protecting company assets.
