About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers to uphold our standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your day involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will also monitor safety, security, and profitability, while communicating with the next Shift Manager to help them prepare for a successful shift. Additionally, you may be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments achieve their goals.
