About the Role
The Shift Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution; a successful Shift Manager not only leads the team but also rolls up their sleeves to join the crew when needed. You will ensure that every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
During your shift, you will provide leadership to crew members and other managers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence. Your day involves planning for the shift, monitoring performance in real-time, and taking immediate action to ensure the team meets restaurant standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the incoming Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition.
