About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.

You will be responsible for monitoring safety, security, and profitability, as well as communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. You may also be tasked with meeting targets during your shift and helping assigned departments meet their goals. This role is ideal for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment.
