About the Role

This position serves as a vital support to our dietary team, assisting with food preparation and service in accordance with established procedural guidelines. You will work under the direction of the Dietary Manager or supervisor to ensure that patients and residents receive high-quality meals and nourishments. The role is essential to maintaining the daily rhythm of our facility, bridging the gap between kitchen preparation and resident satisfaction.

In this role, you will be the face of our dining experience. You will deliver trays to patients in their rooms and serve meals in the dining area, offering warm, friendly greetings and an approachable attitude. Your interactions with residents, families, and visitors are crucial; you will respond to concerns with a helpful, caring demeanor and answer questions professionally. Beyond service, you will play a key part in food safety and hygiene by cleaning work areas, sanitizing equipment, and adhering to strict infection control policies.
