About the Role

As a Production Worker in our bakeshop food manufacturing facility, you will be the behind-the-scenes force producing, assembling, and packaging the products that stock our stores for customers to enjoy. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment who take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

You will operate machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production while performing necessary quality checks. A key part of your day involves maintaining open communication with management and coworkers to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for adhering to proper sanitation practices, including cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, floors, and machinery to meet Wegmans' rigorous food safety and quality standards.
