About the Role
We are seeking dedicated drivers to transport essential food-grade commodities, including sweeteners (sucrose, fructose, corn syrup), granulated sugar, and corn starch. Whether you are looking for local, regional, dedicated, or long-haul opportunities, our team offers excellent home time and a supportive environment designed for driver success.
Terminal Environment
Our facilities are built with drivers in mind. Each terminal features an on-site shop and tank-wash, ensuring your equipment is always ready for the road. You will be supported by a driver-friendly staff, experienced dispatchers, and three dedicated driver trainers on-site to assist with your journey.
Compensation & Benefits
Company Drivers
Company drivers enjoy top-tier compensation, including a safety incentive plan of up to $10,000 per year. We offer a top-of-the-line PPO health insurance policy, excellent dental and vision plans, and a 401K plan with a company match. Our pay structure includes top pay by percentage of linehaul, hourly load/unload pay, and on-time first-hour paid time when loading or unloading. Additional perks include weekly pay via direct deposit, generous paid time off, seven paid holidays, a driver referral bonus plan, company-provided life insurance, and a fleet of well-maintained tractors and trailers. Drivers also receive PeopleNet on-board communications and an EZ Pass.
Owner Operators
Owner operators benefit from a $3,000 sign-on bonus and 100% fuel surcharge passed directly to the owner. We offer hourly detention pay after two hours, a fuel card with discounts at major travel centers, and 100% toll reimbursement for billable trips. Settlements are processed weekly with direct deposit available. We provide Transflo service with mobile apps, a network for tank washes, and PeopleNet units free of charge.
Average Earnings
Our average Local/Regional driver earns a minimum of $70,000 to over $90,000 a year.
