About the Role

As a Car Delivery Driver at our Highlands store located at 948 Baxter Ave, Louisville KY 40202, you are our "Boots on the ground!" and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are. You will operate within small but busy delivery zones, ensuring that our loyal fan base receives their cookies, milk, and ice cream in a timely and safe fashion. This role is about more than just driving; it is about providing quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, whether in-person or by phone, and using Insomnia's delivery app to provide accurate status updates.
