About the Food & Beverage Team
The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. As experts of operations, process, and efficiency, this team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store.
About the Role

The role of a Food & Beverage Expert provides you with the skills and experiences of guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, and understanding food business fundamentals like department sales trends and pricing strategies.
No two days are ever the same, but a typical day involves delivering an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing guest needs over tasks. You will uphold Food & Beverage standards, execute processes like replenishment and data accuracy, and follow all food safety requirements. The role also includes using sampling and suggestive selling to promote products, working with vendors to maintain salesfloor displays, and ensuring a safe, compliant environment. You will create a welcoming experience by greeting guests, engaging with them to solve specific needs, and supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up duties.
