We are currently seeking a Senior FMS Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. In this role, you will apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, serving as a critical bridge between government requirements and execution. You will analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules, performing deep management, technical, and business case analyses to support aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition programs.
Your day-to-day impact involves coordinating with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Program Manager Air (PMA) offices, and Program Executive Offices (PEOs) to align program plans and roadmaps. You will track action items to closure, manage issue databases, and coordinate with the NAVAIR Public Affairs Office to ensure accurate public release of program information. By analyzing Earned Value Management (EVM) data, cost variance, and lifecycle costs, you will provide strategic recommendations to balance mission requirements with system constraints and performance goals.
