The Level 1 Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between LG-TEK, the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the client's leadership. This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of complex contracts, balancing cost, schedule, and performance metrics. You will act as the central hub for communication, directing skilled technical resources and reporting on technical progress, issues, and problem areas to senior management.
In this position, you will drive program efforts across cost management, schedule estimation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Your day-to-day involves reviewing financial reports, allocating management reserves, and ensuring cross-discipline integration to meet customer needs. You will also play a key role in preparing formal program status reviews, coordinating Engineering Change Proposals, and providing input to statutory acquisition reports and Congressional Questions for the Record.
