The Effectors Center within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) organization is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join the Coyote Block 2C – Rocket Motor program in Tucson, AZ. SE&TC is an exciting and challenging environment where you will design, develop, and partner with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers.
This management and technical leadership role is responsible for the development, integration, and test execution of sensor, aperture, communications, electronics, and electrical subsystems, as well as the systems engineering of the missile. The Coyote Block 2C-RM development effort is a rapid development initiative designed to insert technological upgrades within existing systems to fill critical customer capability gaps.

Experience with requirements management and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and associated tools (i.e. Cameo). Prior work experience giving technical briefs or presentations. Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities; working on rapid development programs or fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures.
