About the Role

Global Patriot is seeking a Principal Engineer - 24/7 Ops Program IPTL to plan and execute the sustainment strategy for a fielded system. In this onsite role based in Tewksbury, MA, you will serve as a Lead within the Integrated Product Team (IPT), working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT Leadership, and Program Management teams.

You will apply disciplined program management processes to establish and monitor metrics and trends, ensuring excellence in execution. Your day-to-day involves resolving cost, scope, and schedule issues, driving performance to targets, and developing roadmaps for sustainment activities. You will also support the Risk & Opportunity process, generate proposal inputs, and provide technical assistance and training deliveries. This position requires active engagement with the customer, including presenting to them and supporting PMO meetings. Occasional domestic and international travel (15-25%) may be required.

Hiring Process and Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance on day one; U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for such clearances. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services handles the clearance process.
