Key Responsibilities
- check_circleResolve cost, scope, and schedule issues to drive performance targets
- check_circleSupport Integrated Product Team and Program Managers in staffing and long-term planning
- check_circleEstablish and drive roadmaps for sustainment activities and support Risk & Opportunity processes
- check_circleDevelop and deliver advanced, system-specific training to personnel
- check_circlePlan and execute sustainment strategy for fielded systems including on-site support and resource transportation
- check_circleDevelop program tracking books, Estimate at Completions, and ensure EVMS compliance
- check_circleGenerate and lead proposal inputs on all relevant scope areas
- check_circleProvide support to PMO for customer meetings and present to customers
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in STEM
- verified8+ years relevant engineering, program, or project management experience
- verifiedExperience with budget or financial management
- verifiedActive U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance
- verifiedU.S. citizenship
Nice to Have
Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools. Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes. Ability to lead, along with peers, the development of long range plans to capitalize on future opportunities. Ability to manage a wide range of tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines. Ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate change. Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports. Exceptional judgment and decision-making. Experience as an IPT/CPT Lead. Experience with Engineering PMER, SBT and Team Strength tools.
