About the Role
As a Floor Care Tech Professional on the HHM Facility Management team, you will be the frontline guardian of facility cleanliness and safety. Your primary mission is to mop, strip, wax, and polish hard surface floors, as well as clean carpets, ensuring every space meets the high standards set forth in the customer's scope of work.
This role is more than just cleaning; it is about maintaining a professional environment where safety and order are paramount. You will operate powered floor equipment, manage supply rooms, and assist in identifying safety hazards or deficiencies within the facility. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain confidentiality and foster courteous relationships with both coworkers and customers. You may travel to several locations throughout the day, adapting to different environments while ensuring consistent service quality.
