About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Floating Leasing Professional to join our high-performing team in Seattle and Everett. This role is critical to our success, serving as the face of the community for prospective and current residents. You will float between properties, coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of building relationships and driving results. You will conduct prospect building and apartment tours (both virtual and in-person), ensuring a stellar move-in experience for every new resident. Beyond the sales cycle, you will engage in community event planning, market research, and social media marketing to drive traffic. A key part of your mission is fostering resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, from responding to concerns to securing lease renewals.
