About the Role
As a Float LPN (Wellness Nurse), you will serve as a vital link in our nursing services, assisting and supporting the Resident Services Director with the implementation, delivery, and coordination of care across our communities. This role is unique in its mobility, requiring you to travel between Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls, Maplewood at Twinsburg, and Maplewood at Chardon. Whether working the 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts, you will be an integral part of a team that values dedication, integrity, and the ability to work seamlessly as a group member. Your presence ensures that residents receive consistent, high-quality care regardless of which location you are supporting.
