Work Environment & Schedule
A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role requires the ability to float to Bath and Stow locations to support the broader team needs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist with performing screenings and treatments by gathering and updating patient health information
- check_circleMonitor and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
- check_circleAdminister specific medications under the direction of the provider
- check_circlePerform administrative duties including filing, reception, scheduling, and patient registration
- check_circleIdentify medication changes and update allergy information for patients
- check_circleMaintain medical equipment, supplies, and examination areas
- check_circleCollect specimens and perform diagnostic tests while documenting patient care
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate from an approved Medical Assisting Program OR military training as a Hospital Corpsman (HM), Combat Medic (68W) or Medical Service Technician (4N0X1)
- verifiedCompletion of a clinical externship OR extensive clinical experience
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Nice to Have
Medical Assisting Certification. Successful completion of a Cleveland Clinic externship. One year experience as a Medical Assistant. Admin experience. Epic experience.
