This position serves as a vital support to our medical team, working under the direction of a medical doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or registered nurse. You will be the first point of contact for many patients, ensuring they are prepared for their provider encounters with care and efficiency. Your day will involve auditing patient charts, recording vital signs, and preparing appropriate instruments for examinations and procedures.
You will collaborate closely with nursing and medical staff to facilitate patient care, assisting with procedures such as minor surgeries, IUD insertions, and diagnostic tests. Beyond clinical tasks, you will play a key role in patient follow-up, scheduling referrals, and ensuring compliance with health care standards. This role requires a blend of clinical precision and interpersonal warmth, as you help maintain the high-quality experience that defines our center.
