This position serves as the strategic owner of critical core technology products, driving the full hardware product development lifecycle from concept through sustainment. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team spanning Electrical, Firmware, FPGA, and Test disciplines to deliver robust embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, digital signal processing, and networking. The role exists to define and execute the product portfolio and roadmap, ensuring scalable deployment of high-performance PCBs, including host boards for FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs.
In this capacity, you will establish and optimize comprehensive product development workflows and best practices across architecture, design, simulation, verification, and system testing. Success requires extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders, product management, and customers to align on requirements and strategic roadmaps. You will manage detailed schedules and milestones, ensuring clear task assignments and accountability within the team to deliver complex hardware solutions on time.

Familiarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461. Expertise in computer networking. Experience with implementing enhanced security measures.
