The Advanced Effector Guidance Systems team is seeking Electrical Engineers to design and test wireless communication and data link systems for tactical missile programs. As a member of the RF Products department, you will contribute to cutting-edge advancements in high-capacity, covert, and agile data link technologies for both space-based and terrestrial RF applications. This role is critical to developing the next generation of data link subsystems capable of operating in the most challenging environments.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in STEM required with 5 years experience; Master's in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred.
Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering with a focus in digital communications, communications systems design, data link hardware development, waveform algorithm development, and digital signal processing. Experience with system engineering of RF subsystems. Experience with waveform simulations using modulation schemes such as PSK, FSK, OFDM, and QAM. Familiarity with common RF impairments including phase noise, multipath, and Doppler. Knowledge of link budget and propagation modeling for end-to-end system evaluation. Strong understanding of RF transceiver and front-end design and common tradeoffs in RF designs for communication systems. Familiarity with antenna design parameters. Familiarity with fixed point algorithm simulations for VHDL verification and wireless fading model simulation. Knowledge of Layer 2 and above. Background in designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints. Group management skills, leadership skills, and strong communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult technical challenges.
