The Role in Action

As a flexible babysitter, you will manage your availability and job assignments through our app, eliminating the need to search for repeat jobs. You will work with pre-screened families and receive ongoing support from our team. Your day will involve engaging children in play, story time, arts & crafts, and age-appropriate activities, as well as preparing simple meals and cleaning up after care time.

We offer a supportive team environment with ongoing training to help you grow your skills. This position requires a minimum weekly availability of 20 hours, including nights and weekends, and the ability to travel to various locations.

How to Apply

To join our team, you must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Please ensure you have at least one year of childcare experience with professional references for children ages 1 and up, and are fluent in English.
