Under the general direction of the Camp Director, the Camp Group Director is responsible for executing planned daily activities that align with the mission of Explorers Camp. This role assists in all camp and special events while maintaining primary responsibility for the safety and well-being of all campers under supervision. The position requires fostering a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while promoting the health, emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development of each child.
