Direct Care Workers (DCW) provide essential assistance and support to clients who need help with daily tasks. This role is vital for ensuring clients maintain their independence and quality of life through personalized care.
Before an applicant may be scheduled to work, they must submit a CPR certification (valid within the last two years) and a 2-step TB test (valid within the last year). Merry Care will also conduct a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
Benefits of employment with Merry Care include competitive hourly pay rates, weekly pay, and Worker Compensation Insurance. Additionally, employees can earn a $50 bonus when they refer another Direct Care Worker and a $100 bonus for securing a new client.
