About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will serve as the bridge between our highly skilled workforce and our customers. This role is designed for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who want to grow into a leadership position without needing to be a mechanic themselves. Your primary mission is to engage diesel technicians, maintain high team morale, and ensure customer satisfaction through the coordination of vehicle maintenance repairs.

You will oversee the scheduling and auditing of preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers. Beyond technical oversight, you will be deeply involved in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of maintenance technicians to ensure the team meets the high standards expected by our clients. You will also manage facility operations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment while controlling repair, inventory, and labor costs.

All new Maintenance Supervisors are enrolled in a specialized training program designed to provide critical job skills. This program covers vehicle componentry and maintenance technology, with a specific focus on service department management, effectively leading associates, and customer engagement.
