As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will serve as the bridge between our highly skilled diesel technicians and our customers. This role is designed for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who want to grow into a leadership position without needing to be a mechanic themselves. Your primary mission is to engage your team, maintain high morale, and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers.
You will be responsible for the hiring, training, and ongoing development of maintenance technicians, ensuring the workforce meets the high standards expected by our clients. In this position, you will prioritize work assignments, control costs, and foster a safe, clean, and compliant working environment. It is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you will coach technicians and customer service representatives while managing facility operations.

This position is located at the Penske facility at 4581 Falmer Drive in Allentown, PA. The role operates on the 1st shift, Tuesday through Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The position is safety-sensitive and regulated by the Department of Transportation, requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness.

3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience, Associates or Tech School degree, Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web based applications.
